It’s the ultimate week of our #LSFHolidaySurvival Challenge and Christmas is simply two weeks away!

This is when issues get loopy. All the vacation events actually get began and our routines simply get pushed to the wayside – if we allow them to!

But that’s not us. We’re stronger than that!

So, with regards to sustaining your vacation routine you want one easy factor… Determination!

If it’s necessary to you, you WILL find time for it. It’s not all the time straightforward, however YOUR value it!

You must CHOOSE to create space on your wholesome habits when you really need them to stay.

Your Holiday Routine

As we dive into full vacation mode I would like you to stay to the habits you’ve been constructing this month and deal with 3 issues:

Your Nutrition: =Plan your dinners. Prep your breakfast. Choose your treats!

Your Workouts: Wake up 15-half-hour early to get them accomplished. Break them up if it’s good to. Lean on Team LSF for encouragement while you’re not feeling it.

Yourself: Take time for you! Get not less than quarter-hour of self care every day. Set boundaries and maintain them. Enjoy your time with household and buddies!
